SCala & co is Digoin's new gourmet address, with its innovative concept of fresh pasta.

Already well known in the Loire city, Stéphanie, François and David were introduced to the “Pasta” training of Italian chef Diego Accetulli. This renowned chef organizes the French Pasta Championship each year in Paris. 

Due to his Italian roots, and his attachment to Burgundian local cuisine, Chef François wanted to innovate by combining the two cuisines: he thus created a cuisine with traditional Burgundian specialties and fresh Italian pasta. You can taste, for example, cannelloni with beef cheek, or snail ravioli according to the creativity of the moment.

A true enthusiast, the Chef makes a point of working with fresh, quality products from local producers and artisans. Their card is thus renewed for each service. Composed of 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts, it is presented on the slate.

Stéphanie will welcome you in her tastefully decorated room, or under our large veranda opening onto the backyard. The Chef's Brigade as well as Stéphanie's Squadra will be most attentive to delight your taste buds and offer you a welcome and a particularly pleasant moment.
